Closets By Design is now hiring at the entry-level for its Installer Development Program. The beginning wage for the program is 16.00/hour, and you will quickly move up the pay scale with raises every 2 to 3 months during the first year.
Each level of accomplishment comes with an associated raise and you should be earning 17.50 per hour or more within 9 to 12 months and much more within two years.

Responsibilities
- Assist Installers with the installation of products in a residential setting.
- Operate company vehicles, tools, etc., safely.
- Become trained in closet, garage, and office organization installation.
